JOB BRIEF:
The E-commerce Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving brand growth and contribute to sales performance across all Maison’s online channels — including brand.com. This position requires both strategic thinking and operational excellence to lead branding campaigns, trade marketing and CRM activities, and omni-channel activations that connect online and offline retail experiences. You are an experienced marketing leader with deep understanding of E-commerce user insights. You are also familiar with how digital ecosystems (TikTok, Meta, Google, Zalo, affiliate, CRM, and influencer marketing) support E-commerce sales and customer retention. You will work closely with the Marketing Director, Digital team, and Head of E-commerce to build and execute marketing calendars, allocate budgets, and evaluate ROI by campaign and channel. Your role is to ensure Maison’s online presence the premium image of our fashion brands. and campaign to support drives sale.
DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
E-commerce Marketing Strategy & Planning:
Develop the E-commerce marketing strategy aligned with Maison’s brand portfolio, ensuring synergy with retail and brand objectives.
Identify online growth opportunities by analyzing consumer insights, market trends, and platform data.
Build and manage the E-commerce marketing calendar, covering paid, owned, and earned media.
Plan and allocate marketing budgets by platform and campaign, ensuring efficient ROI optimization.
Branding campaign & Social media management:
Collaborate with Digital and Creative teams on storytelling, content, and media assets optimized for conversion and brand alignment.
Manage all owned channels including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram.
Work with KOLs, influencers, and affiliate partners to amplify brand exposure and build brand awareness and convert E-commerce conversion.
Trade promotion management:
Conduct trade promotion campaign and execution to drive sale for the E-commerce , monitor traffic, AOV, ROI during campaign and optimize.
Work with CRM team to push brand’s visibility and drive sale through CRM via SMS, EDM…
Collaborate with Ecom team and brand’s principle for new brand launches.
Analyze campaign performance data and produce actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Cross-channel & Omni Integration:
Ensure seamless integration between online and offline activations.
Coordinate with Retail Marketing, PR & Media, and Brand Managers to align campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and message cohesion.
Develop social-first activities (TikTok challenges, livestreams, influencer collaborations) that support both awareness and sales objectives.
Partnerships & Innovation:
Identify and negotiate with external partners (banks, lifestyle brands, affiliate networks, and media platforms) for strategic E-commerce collaborations.
Stay updated on emerging E-commerce and social commerce trends to pilot new ideas and technologies.
Explore co-branded initiatives and loyalty programs to grow Maison’s online customer base.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:
· Minimum Bachelor's Degree major in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
· 8+ years’ experience in Marketing, branding and communications or relevant experience in fashion
· Experience in the fashion industry is strongly preferred and a huge plus
· Experience in creating marketing strategies for consumer products is a must
· Experience in marketing operations and project management is an absolute requirement
· Experience budgeting management and reporting is highly valuable
· Strong project management and organization skills
· Strong listening skills and judgment to make wise decisions in the interest of Maison JSC
