Job requirement

  • Design, implement and develop end-to-end loyalty program initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and synergy with the company's business goals.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for enhancing existing loyalty programs or create new offerings.
  • Customize loyalty programs to cater to diverse customer segments and preferences
  • Lead these loyalty programs in order to drive customer engagement, acquisition, development, and retention
  • Collect and analyze customer insight: identify trends, issues & customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment and consistency in delivering a superior customer experience.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with advanced customer analytics and segmentation techniques.
  • Experience with implementing customer loyalty programs.
  • At least 1 year experience in E-commerce, logistic, customer service, project management.
  • Good in Microsoft Office, SQL is a plus.
  • Ability to summarize, process data to have a quick decision making.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have positive attitude, proactive, hardworking, friendly and adaptable.
