[HCM] Creative Content Specialist

1. Creative (70%)

• Create engaging and informative content for various platforms, including website, blog, social media, email newsletters, and press releases.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in content creation to maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage the content calendar and ensure timely execution across all channels.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure high quality and consistency in brand messaging.

2. Planning (30%)

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with Ahamove’s brand positioning and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Business Development, Operations, and Product to gather insights and build relevant content plans.
• Work with agencies to execute content production, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with brand direction.
• Analyze content performance metrics and user engagement to continuously improve quality and effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience as a Content Specialist or similar role.
• Solid marketing knowledge; familiar with E-commerce, Logistics, FMCG, or Tech.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising channels.
• Creative thinking with good planning, project management, and communication skills.
• Positive, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
