[HCM] Automation & Optimization Analyst Specialist

1. Tech Coordination (30%)

• Serve as the liaison between the Operations team and Tech/BI teams for all system/feature-related requests.
• Write BRDs, define business requirements, rule logic, perform functional testing (UAT), and validate data output.

2. Automation & Optimization (40%)

• Propose and implement automation initiatives using tools such as Google Sheets, AppScript, Python, Zapier, Make, or with Tech support.
• Optimize internal workflows: policy tracking, payout verification, incentive rule engine, etc.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation post-deployment.

3. Knowledge & Documentation (30%)

• Build, update, and maintain system documentation related to:
• Features for drivers
• Internal systems used by the Operations team
• Create internal wikis, SOPs, checklists, and maintain version control.
• Support onboarding or internal training when new tools or logic are rolled out.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, or related fields.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in system coordination, business analysis, or internal tool development.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and SQL; capable of using at least one programming language, preferably Python, AppScript, or RPA tools (e.g., Zapier, Make).
• Preferred experience in developing tools using No Code/Low Code platforms.
• Skilled in writing business documentation (BRD), user guides (SOPs).
• Understanding of incentive systems, payout logic, and dashboards is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, especially in explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Systematic, logical thinking with a mindset for standardization and automation.
• Proactive in identifying and deploying solutions without waiting for explicit requests.
