Purpose of the position:
Mass Recruitment Senior Consultant will manage and implement recruitment/ outsourcing activities to supply appropriate candidates, services timely and effectively to customers.
This role will also maintain the long-term relationships with clients, candidates, enhance clients’/candidates’ satisfaction and seek business growth opportunities.
Job Accountabilities:
1. Financial Goal Achievement
Be responsible for achieving individual financial targets
Support the team to achieve team’s target
Follow up with clients for payment progress and reduce bad debts
2. Recruitment Service Process
a. Recruitment Service Delivery:
- Maintain and develop candidate database and recruitment channels
- Create a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout recruitment process
- Coordinate with clients to proceed with the end-to-end recruitment process (phone screening, assessment, interviews setup, selection, offer)
- Follow up with clients and assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process
b. Pre-employment Check:
- Perform check by clients' requests
- Coordinate with candidates to collect and verify documents
c. Internal Coordination:
- Liaise with related teams to ensure alignment in working processes
- Organize, conduct training & qualify mass recruitment skills for junior staffs.
- Provide support for related teams in activities relating to account management
- Work closely with team to proactively exchange information on the market, clients and candidates
- Provide required support for activities relating to Business Development
d. Process Improvement:
- Join projects and coordinate with other members to improve working processes
e. Reporting:
- Update report as requested
- Update pre-employment check results for clients (if any)
e. Regulatory Compliance:
- Implement recruitment activities in compliance with company policies, working process, procedures, laws regulations, preventing compliance risks
- Support audits by providing accurate records and thorough explanations of procedures (if required)
- Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and security to protect sensitive personal information
3. Client Consultation and Support
- Provide necessary consultation for clients and candidates in specific situations, ensure employee good relations
- Visit clients to get the inquiries and information if required
- Answer any queries from clients in timely manner
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients
4. Team Development
- Play Buddy role to support on-the-job training/ coaching for junior staffs
