Experience:
Analyze data and prepare costing (PnL) for new project RFQs
Supervise the execution and implementation of logistics projects
Set up and train SOPs for Operations teams
Collaborate closely with internal departments and clients to ensure service quality
Identify and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency
Participate in internal training, workshops, and company engagement activities
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, or related fields
At least 2 years of experience in solution design (warehousing/transportation)
Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel
Good command of English (both verbal and written)
Key skills: teamwork, communication, planning, problem-solving
Willingness to work overtime or go on business trips if required
