We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our automotive B2B sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry, with proven success in building and managing client relationships with garages, car dealerships, and authorized service centers. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on sales skills and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets within the automotive B2B segment.
  • Identify, approach, and build long-term partnerships with garages, car dealerships, and service partners.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide strategic insights.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Job requirement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive aftermarket, garage operations, and dealership networks.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in B2B environments.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a sales team.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and business development.
