NPP Contract Management: Handle distributor (NPP) contracts, including creating and managing contract appendices, renewals, and terminations for all brands and teams.
Sales proposal preparation: Develop and process sales proposals, such as wholesale and key shop discounts, based on requests from the sales team. Follow and consolidate.
Incentive Scheme Coordination: Support the implementation of incentive programs under the direction of the BOD and Managers.
New Project Support: Assist in launching new projects by verifying NPP/customer information, checking for overlapping regions or accounts, preparing distributor contracts, generating customer/distributor codes, and other related tasks.
Calculating: incentive for Distributors, Sales Team.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and deliver ad-hoc sales reports as requested by the BOD and Managers.
Interpret in some meetings (if needed), write meeting minutes.
Other tasks as required by management.
