Role Description
The Growth Specialist role is for a data-driven, results-oriented professional who will accelerate customer acquisition. You will own key top-of-funnel initiatives, leveraging market insights and outreach campaigns to drive scalable growth for BioTuring.
Responsibilities
- Proactive Outreach & Lead Generation
- Strategically identify, research, and segment potential client pools from various sources (online platforms, scientific databases, LinkedIn, conferences, etc.) to expand our qualified customer base.
- Execute highly targeted cold emailing and calling campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Schedule appointments and secure demos with key decision-makers (scientists, bioinformaticians, IT leads, procurement specialists) to facilitate follow-up meetings for the commercial team.
- Product Marketing & Go-to-Market (GTM) Support
- Tailor messaging and develop compelling value propositions for different personas and market segments (pharma, biotech, academia, hospitals) to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the bioinformatics industry and BioTuring’s product portfolio, providing critical, regular feedback to commercial and product teams on lead quality, market gaps, and competitive intelligence.
- Support the commercial and marketing teams in executing GTM plans for new products and features, helping to shape early-stage outreach strategies and market positioning.
- Manage and optimize lead workflows for marketing campaigns and events, from list building to post-event follow-ups, ensuring high conversion rates to exploratory meetings.
