  • Completed design salary Grid for all offices
  • And follow up with HR and MD in country until it's applied
  • Control and manage current job title on system and on company's Job matrix
  • Job description need to be created to align with job title and performance system
  • Control all HR policies in Group and country
  • make revise or recommend for updates or changes
  • Liaise with HR and MD in each country to create missing policies follow Group's guideline.
  • Follow up and maintain current performance review system: Mid-year, year-end review
  • Follow with HR country to met the deadline of review
  • Create salary review template for group and offices
  • Follow up result of performance review with HR country
  • Have comments and checking the result
  • Make presentation for HRD & GD's final approval
  • Maintain and follow with webmaster to Develop strategic plan tool on system
  • Coordinate with leaders to make sure they understand the tool and follow up on system
  • Coordinate with leaders of the Goal, GD and HRD to organize the review monthly
  • Gross up salary of foreigner from Net as required
  • Check if gross up formula in country is correct
  • Support to collect and update organization chart from all offices yearly
  • Support to analysis salary of foreign employee's salary compare to the range or position
  • Record and update current salary of all foreigners
  • Support HR country regarding to Intranet on performance, profile or revise on system

Yêu cầu công việc

Education background: Bachelor, master’s degree, or an advanced certificate HR or/and finances degreeRequired competencies:• Financial management and budgeting skills.• Making decisions based on data and statistics.• Structuring compensation and benefits packages.• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.• Ability to prepare complex and accurate spreadsheets.• Data collections• Presentations skills.Additional competencies:• Evaluating competitor compensation and benefits packages.• Creating policies and procedures.• Monitoring the payroll interface to ensure compliance and data integrity.
