Job requirement

  • POSITION OVERVIEW: Working from agreed design brief, Graphic Designers produce innovative solutions to communication problems that combine both written and visual elements.
  • REPORT TO: Creative Director
    • Liaising with clients to determine their requirements and budget
    • Designing client proposals from typesetting through to design, print and production
    • Working with clients, briefing and advising them with regard to proposal style, format, print production and timescales
    • Developing concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, stage, activation booth, showroom and internet website
    • Determining size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and font style and size
    • Preparing rough drafts of material based on agreed brief
    • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required
    • Liaising with external printers on a regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed to the highest quality.
  • Job requirement

    Education, qualifications and experience

    • College or Bachelor’s degree
    • At least 1-year experience in the same position in Advertising agencies, event agencies and Brand agencies


    • Creative and design
    • Good time management and organizational skills
    • Accuracy and attention to detail
    • An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
    • Proven competence in design and image processing software
    • Professional approach to time, costs and deadline
    • Good knowledge or master 2D software (drafting design, visual design)
    • Have knowledge or master 3D software (render, texture) & photoshop
    • Have knowledge in film/video making (editing, special effect …) is an advantage
    • Good English in verbal and written communication
    • Can work under pressure
