Job Description

Position: Graphic Designer Freelancer – Temporary
Work Mode: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days in office), Flexible Working Time
Location: Amorepacific Vietnam Office in HCMC

Role & Responsibility

• Act as the brand guardian, ensuring all designs are aligned with Sulwhasoo brand guidelines and meet marketing objectives.

• Maintain and elevate the brand’s visual identity with strong aesthetic sensibility.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Support

• Provide creative design solutions that are consistent with brand guidelines and tailored for each medium and channel.

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Communication Lead to conceptualize and develop creative content for marketing initiatives.

• Create and develop assets across multiple formats:

  • Print: Event collaterals, posters, leaflets, etc.

  • Digital & Social: Photos, videos/motion graphics, EDM, interactive content, advertisements.

  • Owned Media Platforms (Facebook, TikTok, etc.): CGI, animation, short videos, and more.

• Deliver miscellaneous design requirements as needed.

2. Retail Synergy

• Partner with the Retail and Marketing teams to design localized assets for retail activities, including social posts, ad creatives, and thumbnails.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Fine Arts, or related fields.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience across multiple marketing channels (offline and e-commerce).

• At least 1 year of design experience in fashion, beauty, or advertising industries.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); skills in After Effects and video editing are preferred.

• Strong passion for design trends, with a self-driven mindset to experiment with new ideas and evaluate their effectiveness.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey creative concepts.

• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to manage projects from ideation to final delivery.

• Creative problem-solving skills and efficiency in handling design challenges.

• Strong multitasking ability with meticulous attention to detail, capable of performing and delivering under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
