1. Graphic Design

• Design and print POSM for events (posters, band rolls, flyers, invitations, standees, stage backdrops,..
• Design & develop brand identity: profile, brochure, handbook, yearbook, catalogs, business cards, envelopes, employee cards, uniforms, and other related products upon request…
• Design publications for use in digital marketing - Coordinate with relevant departments to come up with ideas for designing publications and products used on digital marketing: Website, Facebook, YouTube, Tiktok, Instagram, Email-Marketing…
• Print quality management - Choose reputable printing service providers, get quotes, and submit them to the line manager for approval. Supervise printing activities to ensure design publications meet quality and aesthetic requirements.
• Implemented the design of pictures, key visuals, used for corporate communication events.
• Come up with ideas to support marketing and communication activities and campaigns to bring maximum efficiency: customer brand awareness, customer potential ….
• Carry out tasks under direct direction from department heads and the Board of Directors

2. Events

• Collaborate with content creative to develop key design concepts, script content, plans to organize internal and external events
• Coordinate with relevant departments to coordinate the organization of events according to the plan and specified time.
• Recommend improvements to events to bring a satisfying experience and effective event participation for students and parents
