GrabWheels Launcher Lead

Get to know the Role:
As a GrabWheels Launcher Lead, you will be responsible for building and leading the operations team for the new Grab vertical - GrabWheels (i.e. Personal Mobility Devices). You will set the strategy for the emerging vertical and be responsible for P&L of the vertical.

The day-to-day activities:

• ​​Lead and manage an operations team.

• Set new vertical strategy with country and regional support and be responsible for P&L.

• Manage and coordinate all vendor activities related to warehousing, maintenance and deployment.

• Represent Grab at community events.

• Set KPIs and other incentives for your team.

• Set high operational standards and improve efficiency.

• Continuously analyze data and improve revenue for the vertical

• Report on key metrics of the business to the country manager and senior management.

• Work with other functions to drive initiatives to enhance customer experience.

The must haves:

• Prior experience in logistics, engineering, marketing, operations management, management consulting, or investment banking is preferred

• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

• Detail-oriented

• Entrepreneurial and MUST be willing to lead by example.

• Able to work in a fast paced, start up environment.

• At least 3-4 years of work experience, of which at least 2 years leading a team

• Ability to read and write in English and Tagalog
