Get to know the role: 

Grab is launching GrabKitchen, its first cloud kitchen in Singapore. We are a lean team today, and think of it as working on a startup team within a startup. As Account Manager, you will be entrusted with leading and managing business relationships with key restaurant partners and local heroes in our Kitchen to drive the next wave of growth for GrabFood Singapore. You will have end-to-end oversight of account management with all restaurant partners in Kitchen and work with them on strategy, marketing, analytics and execution as they seek to expand their culinary footprint across the island. At the same time, by leveraging our data insights and ability to execute, we are on a mission to deliver food, loved by Singaporeans, to neighborhoods and corners of the island that are under-served today.

 

The day-to-day activities: 

  • Work with the Head of Expansion to develop business development and account management strategies

  • Identify and foster strong relationships with key restaurant partners to further extend Grab’s ambitions in Kitchens 

  • Drive growth in key accounts as measured by Deliveries and GMV

  • End-to-end deal management and cross-functional teamwork with Grab’s other business and support teams

  • Evaluate strategic partnership opportunities and perform a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses

  • Provide restaurant partners with data insights and reporting and translate them into actionables to optimize and further grow their businesses

  • Roll up your sleeves and play a key role role in driving operational excellence 

 

The must haves:

  • A degree from a top tier university

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, analytics, business development, or equivalent role

  • A passion for Food and Technology 

  • Prior experience in F&B industry

  • Experience with quantitative analysis

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Functional or operational experience in a Startup or Tech company

  • Excellent ability to build consensus and support across different internal functions and external stakeholders

  • Ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
