Get to know the role:

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the overall marketing efforts for Grab Food. This is a new role focused on helping to build and grow the business. You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop various products across Philippines and you will be responsible for taking these products to market. ​

Day to day activities

- Work closely with Head of Marketing Philippines to define the marketing strategy and KPIs before cascading the plan down to the team, breaking them down into actionable steps and timelines

- Lead the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing programs for GrabFood

- Create and execute the strategy to win the market

- Liaise with the product team on the go-to-market process for feature launch/ marketing program launch

- Identify automated marketing processes or investing in platforms that scale

- Build and manage voice of customer frameworks both from existing customers (Engagement) and non-customers (Growth). These insights will help give direction to product and business teams on challenges and new opportunities within the business

- Manage go-to-market for new features and products. This includes product launch in partnership with various cross functional teams and driving product adoption among customers

- Measure and report performance of past marketing campaigns on budget, channel effectiveness, and performance of execution. Assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Design the product NPI

- Work closely with teams across various locations to run experiments, gather insights, and develop strategy to grow their markets and retain customers



The must haves:

- Bachelor degree preferably with a focus on Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Public Relations and/or Business Administration

- Comfortable with designing, executing and tracking successful digital marketing campaigns (SEM/SEO, email marketing, social media campaigns, integrated marketing campaigns, mobile marketing and direct marketing campaigns

- At least 5-6 years of relevant marketing experience with a successful track record in planning an integrated marketing strategy and executing campaigns.

- Familiar with the Thailand market and able to draw on local nuances to design marketing activities that are highly relevant to our customers.

- Proven track record of success in achieving targets on time in a rapid growth and start-up environment.

- Relentless in driving growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges

- Effective in engaging and influencing marketing and sales team members to achieve targets

- Resourceful and creative in coming up with ideas that complements different channels to reach, engage and grow the Grab community

- Highly detail-oriented to ensure the quality of all marketing materials and communications; and manage budget

- Number driven and Strong analytical skills
