Get to know our Team:
- We’re looking for a Grab Driver Center (GDC) Support cum Trainer to be part of the operations team and the position to be based in Johor Bahru.
Get to know the Role:
- To ensure that daily operations at the training centre runs smoothly which includes adequate staffing for all training days.
- Work hand in hand with Sales & Conversion lead to ensure weekly driver activation target is met.
The day-to-day activities:
- Ensure training materials are up to date and that the training team are aware of any changes.
- Conduct driver training if necessary.
- Ensure that the training center is kept tidy and all systems (AC, AV) are in working order.
- Ensure that training support executive adhere to SOP pertaining to driver activation.
- Manage the recruitment email to ensure all emails are replied to promptly and driver concerns are addressed.
- Handle escalated driver issues calmly and professionally, ensuring any outstanding issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Provide periodic feedback to the training team and maintain a continuous improvement culture.
The must haves:
- Diploma/Degree holder.
- Process-oriented, Presentation Skills, Team management, Conflict management.
- Ability to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Familiar with Excel/PowerPoint.
- Relevant experience in Customer Service/ Training/ Sales.
- 1-2 years managing people and/or training experience.
