  • Approves specific operational policies, programs, and procedures in harmony with the mission and specific to the golf property.
  • Phê duyệt các chính sách, chương trình và quy trình hoạt động cụ thể hài hòa với nhiệm vụ và cụ thể đối với tài sản golf.
  •  Monitors the performance of all daily operations, functions and services; assures high standards and total customer satisfaction.
  • Giám sát hiệu suất của tất cả các hoạt động, chức năng và dịch vụ hàng ngày; đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn cao và sự hài lòng của khách hàng
  • Establishes personnel policies; ensures proper hiring, training, supervising, personal development and corrective action in accordance with fair labor standards, safety and established policy.

  • Oversees the implementation of operating procedures and training manuals and customizes them for the characteristics of the specific property.
  • Giám sát việc thực hiện các quy trình vận hành và hướng dẫn đào tạo và tùy chỉnh chúng cho các đặc điểm của tài sản cụ thể.
  • Develops emergency and safety procedures.
  • Phát triển các quy trình khẩn cấp và an toàn.
  • Coordinates the development of operating and capital budgets; monitors financial statements, reviews income and expenses relative to plans, implements corrective measures as needed.
  • Phối hợp phát triển ngân sách hoạt động và vốn; giám sát báo cáo tài chính, xem xét thu nhập và chi phí liên quan đến kế hoạch, thực hiện các biện pháp khắc phục khi cần thiết.
  • Provides on a monthly basis, an official, Summary of Operations report. This report will inform in a detailed manner, the progress and / or challenges facing the club as a whole and identifying work performed in relation to each department.

  • Ensures the highest standards for golf services and programs, golf course and practice area, food and beverage, sports and recreation, entertainment and other club services.

  • Establishes and monitors compliance with all purchasing policies and procedures.

  • Make recommendations regarding needed operational and key staffing changes.
