GLUING PROCESS ENGINEER

* JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop, implement, and validate gluing processes for production
• Select suitable adhesives and bonding methods based on technical requirements (e.g., strength, cure time, environmental conditions)
• Define and optimize process parameters (e.g., temperature, pressure, curing time) for manual and automated gluing operations
• Create and maintain technical documentation: work instructions, process control plans, and SOPs
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for gluing defects (e.g., delamination, air bubbles, bond failure)
• Support training of production operators on gluing methods and visual inspection techniques
• Evaluate new equipment and tools to improve bonding efficiency and reliability

• At least 2 years experience working in Automotive/Motorcycle/Mechanical/Furniture process engineer.
• Bachelor’s or College degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Mechantronics.
• Hands-on experience in using 2D/3D software.
• Working knowledge of APQP, FEMA, MSA, SPC and PPAP is desired.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. 
• Good English communication & Microsoft Office.
