Gỉang viên Tâm lý học (Part-time)

1. Chuẩn bị bài giảng/ Lesson Preparation:

- Nghiên cứu tài liệu và giáo trình gốc bằng tiếng Anh

Research original materials and textbooks in English.

- Biên soạn, chuyển ngữ và điều chỉnh nội dung sang tiếng Việt dễ hiểu, phù hợp đối tượng học viên.

Translate, adapt, and localize content into clear and accessible Vietnamese, tailored to learners’ needs.

- Thiết kế giáo án, slide, bài tập, tình huống thực hành.

Design lesson plans, slides, exercises, and practice scenarios.

2. Giảng dạy/ Teaching:

- Trực tiếp đứng lớp (hoặc dạy online) theo khung chương trình 5 tuần.

Deliver classes (in-person or online) following the 5-week program framework.

- Truyền đạt kiến thức tâm lý học bằng tiếng Việt, đảm bảo tính khoa học, dễ hiểu và có ví dụ minh họa thực tế.

Present psychological knowledge in Vietnamese in a scientific yet easy-to-understand manner, with practical examples.

3. Đánh giá và hỗ trợ học viên/ Student Assessment & Support:

- Soạn bài kiểm tra/nghiệm thu cuối khóa.

Prepare final tests/evaluations for course completion

- Theo dõi, hỗ trợ, giải đáp thắc mắc của học viên trong quá trình học.

Monitor, support, and address students’ questions during the course.

- Đưa ra phản hồi, góp ý nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả học tập.

Provide feedback and suggestions to improve learning outcomes

4. Phối hợp chuyên môn/ Academic Coordination:

- Làm việc với ban tổ chức về khung chương trình, nội dung và lịch giảng.

Collaborate with the organizing committee on curriculum framework, content, and teaching schedule.

- Cập nhật, đề xuất bổ sung học liệu và phương pháp giảng dạy.

Update and propose supplementary materials and teaching methods.

Trình độ học vấn/ Qualifications:

- Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên ngành Tâm lý học hoặc các ngành liên quan.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology or related fields.

Kinh nghiệm/ Experience :

- Có kinh nghiệm giảng dạy, đào tạo hoặc làm việc trong lĩnh vực tâm lý học.

Proven experience in teaching, training, or working in the field of psychology.

- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm giảng dạy bằng song ngữ (Anh – Việt).

Bilingual teaching experience (English–Vietnamese) is an advantage.

Kỹ năng/ Skills:

- Khả năng biên dịch và diễn giải tài liệu chuyên ngành từ tiếng Anh sang tiếng Việt.

Strong ability to translate and interpret academic materials from English into Vietnamese.

- Kỹ năng sư phạm, truyền đạt dễ hiểu, cuốn hút.

Effective pedagogical skills with clear, engaging delivery.

- Giao tiếp, quản lý lớp học, khuyến khích thảo luận.

Classroom management, communication, and facilitation of discussions.
