Đàm phán hợp đồng, điều khoản thương mại, giá cả và tiến độ giao hàng.
Kiểm soát chi phí thu mua, tối ưu ngân sách.
Báo cáo định kỳ tình hình mua hàng, biến động giá cả thị trường và hiệu quả nhà cung cấp.
Quản lý, đào tạo và phát triển đội ngũ nhân viên thu mua.
Plan and supervise purchasing activities according to production and business requirements.
Source, evaluate, select, and manage suppliers (domestic & international), especially in the wood and furniture industry.
Negotiate contracts, commercial terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
Control purchasing costs and optimize budget usage.
Prepare regular reports on purchasing performance, market price trends, and supplier evaluation.
Manage, train, and develop the purchasing team.
Job requirement
Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Quản trị kinh doanh, Kinh tế, Ngoại thương hoặc các ngành liên quan.
Hiểu biết về quy trình thu mua, logistics, hợp đồng và thị trường nguyên vật liệu.
Ưu tiên kiến thức về ngành gỗ và nội thất.
Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực thu mua.
Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm việc trong ngành sản xuất nội thất gỗ hoặc ngành liên quan.
Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với nhà cung cấp trong và ngoài nước.
Kỹ năng đàm phán, thương lượng và giao tiếp tốt.
Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt.
At least 3 years of working experience in purchasing.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, or related fields.
Solid knowledge of purchasing processes, logistics, contracts, and raw material markets.
Prefer candidates with experience in the wood furniture manufacturing industry or related fields.
Experience working with both domestic and international suppliers.
Knowledge in wood and furniture industry is a strong advantage.
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Thành thạo MS Office; có kinh nghiệm sử dụng ERP là lợi thế.
Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge is an advantage.
Good command of English.
