Experience:
Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations during assigned shifts
Supervise the safety of full-time and casual staff
Ensure equipment operates under safe and optimal conditions

Monitor equipment performance and take corrective actions as needed
Ensure daily production plans and targets are met
Manage inventory of materials and finished goods, and submit regular inventory reports

Government and regulatory requirements
Drive and maintain Continuous Improvement initiatives and Standard Work Procedures
Ensure accurate, complete, and timely responses to Corrective Action Requests (CARs)
Collaborate and communicate constructively with other departments
Education & Experience
College/University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Management)
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position within manufacturing companies
Proven ability to perform all essential job duties satisfactorily
