Experience:
1. Production Management
· Develop overall and detailed production plans based on shipment schedules, line capacity, and available resources.
· Allocate workload and coordinate output among sewing lines, cutting, finishing, and packing sections
· Monitor daily production progress and handle issues such as material shortages, technical problems, or line bottlenecks.
· Ensure compliance with technical procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations.
· Manage sewing line for reach the target of FFT, quality of RFT and target of delivery time
2. Human Resource Management
· Manage, train, and develop line leaders, supervisors, and sewing workers.
· Arrange manpower effectively, sewing line and improve productivity
· Evaluate employee performance and recommend rewards or disciplinary actions.
3. Quality & Productivity Control
· Track production KPIs (defect rate, efficiency, cost, lead time).
· Work closely with QA/QC to ensure product quality meets buyer standards.
· Implement continuous improvement programs such as Lean, Kaizen, and 5S.
4. Cross-Department Coordination
· Work with PE team to adjust and analysis of performance and quality
· Discuss with Technical sewing team to make the product
· Act as the main contact with Merchandiser, Technical, Purchasing, QA, and Logistics teams.
· Prepare and submit regular production reports to the Factory Manager or BOD
5. Other tasks as required by BOD
Education: College or University degree in Garment Technology, Industrial Management, or related fields.
Experience: At least 5 years in the garment industry, including 2–3 years in a production management or senior supervisory role.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of garment manufacturing processes, production planning, line balancing, and industrial engineering principles.
Skill: Leadership and communication skills/ Planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities/ Proficient in Excel and ERP/MES systems (preferred)/ Able to read and understand technical documents and buyer standards (for export companies)
