• Should be able to code Automation Scripts in UFT, Load runner and other scripting languages
• Should have great knowledge of testing and managing multiple complex systems
• Excellent knowledge of QTP ,Load Runner, Selenium and other automation tools
• Should have worked on TDD environment and excellent knowledge of working with big as well as short teams
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate all testing activities.
• Excellent in making testing documents, test plans and test cases.
• Should have worked in Agile Software Development projects. Working knowledge of Versionone.
• Good Team player with excellent oral and written communications skills
• Investigates a problem or situation with limited guidance; pursues issues symptoms or a series of incidents that could potentially lead to a problem; finds and questions individuals closest to a problem; asks open-ended questions to obtain information about what happened and why; understands where to find information sources and how to use them.
• Communicates and collaborates with technical and nontechnical staff and implements new procedures upon approval Performs other related duties as assigned.
