Mô tả công việc

  • Developing & executing sales campaigns
  • Working closely with Sales, Business Development Department to maintain an up-to-date contact list of potential customers
  • Coaching and monitoring Team to achieve good KPI achievement
  • Updating and moritoring sales result, feedbacks from other departments and parners to push Team to meet the targets
  • Recording customer data and productivity metrics (e.g.. products & services sold per day) for productivity analysis and reporting purpose
  • Ensuring Team business operation in compliance with internal & external policies, regulations & standards
  • Managing and updating continuously call scripts/protedures
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with agents and affiliates. Building good relationship with other departments in the company.
  • Regularly updating CF market changes and suggest/propose the method/solution to cope with change accordingly
  • Undertaking other tasks assigned by Head of Sales

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Uiversity Gradute, major: Business Administration, Economics or relevant areas
  • At least 4 years’ experience working in FMCG or Consumer Finance management position, preferably working in banking or financial institution.
  • Experience in regional Sales
  • Deep understanding of CF bank’s products

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
