<Overall >

  • This position, as acting General Manager of Infrastructure Unit, oversees all departments in Ho Chi Minh branch, covering logistics, HR/GA, Finance and IT, including Sales and marketing as dotted line for daily HR/GA matters
  • Implement strict compliance for Workplace Safety & Health Cares in accordance to company policies, maintain and enhance good working environment (such as 5S) for employees in Ho Chi Min branch
  • Analyze issue details, identify cause of issue, and provide effective and sustainable measures that can support company long term business development
  • Run the PDCA and review current processes, create new processes and update operation manuals to keep it up to date
  • Participate in the monthly Management meeting, report KPI results/issues, raise fruitful proposal/discussion as a Senior Leader
  • Lead weekly team meeting (mainly in English language)
  • Perform staff engagement session periodically to ensure team consistently able to drive performance that incline with business needs.
  • Prepare/support weekly/monthly reports for management and Headquarter reporting
  • Work closely with General Director and Management in Bac Ninh HQ for daily management in South operation as well as reporting to Japan HQ
  • Possible to promote to Operation General Manager or COO position, depending on his/her ability and performance

<Logistics field>

  • Regular review of work flow and procedures with Local Logi Manager, Logi Assistant Managers to improve and ensure smooth and high productivity daily work operation
  • Provides guidance to ensure customer inquiries and complaints especially LOGI-related are handed and processed in accordance with the company objectives
  • Work with Logistics and Sales Department on customers / deliveries related issues
  • Work closely with Hanoi/Japan Headquarter Logistics team by supporting project activities development and implementation that can improve operation efficiency.
  • Review and monitor KPI achievement and KPI reports (daily, weekly, monthly etc.)
  • Design and review warehouse layout plan to optimize storage space utilization and expansion and able to facilitate seamless operation workflow at operational area.
  • Set up SOP, drive “Kaizen” measures implementation and conduct training to ensure Kaizen measures reach optimum effects.
  • Negotiate warehouse and distribution service contracts and able to demonstrate the ability to achieve competitive logistics services deals for the company.
  • Collaborate closely with functional and business divisions to consistently deliver high quality distribution service experiences to customers.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • [Preferred] Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics Management or other related discipline with at least 5 years’ experience of which 6 years are in managerial role
  • [Preferred] Experience working at supply chain/logistics-related fields in mid-/large-size Japanese companies is a plus
  • [Preferred]  Another experience such as top management in manufacturing plan is also acceptable
  • Strong communication skills both in English [Must] and Vietnamese [Preferred]
  • [Preferred] Command of Japanese language is a strong plus
  • [Must] Logical, simple clear thinker, strategic mind
  • [Must] Demonstrate leadership in tough, speedy environment
  • [Must] Quick in responding to ad-hoc or unforeseen situations
