General Ledger Accountant - Kế Toán Tổng Hợp

· General Accounting: Posting general ledger entries including accrued expenses, payroll costs, etc.

· Accounts Payable (AP): Controlling incoming documents, processing payments, handling banking procedures, detailed accounting of invoices and bank transactions, and reconciling balances.

· Accounts Receivable (AR): Issuing invoices, reconciling project acceptance, and tracking and reconciling receivables.

· Tax Reporting: Preparing and submitting periodic tax reports.

· Financial Reporting: Preparing periodic financial statements.

· Supporting Budgeting and Forecasting activities

· Provide support for external auditing

· Document management: maintain proper documentation for tax fillings and related reporting

·         Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related field.

·         Additional certifications (optional but a plus);

·         2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance; experiences with construction or investment industry is a plus;

·         Proficiency in accounting software

·         Good understanding of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS)

·         English proficiency
