Job requirement

  • Handle all general accounting tasks, including daily entries, month-end and year-end closing.

  • Reconcile and monitor accounts payable/receivable, bank statements, and other ledgers.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Work closely with banks (including foreign banks) for international transactions, LC (Letter of Credit), and payment arrangements.

  • Review and verify import/export documents, contracts, and shipping documents in coordination with Sales and Logistics departments.

  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and assist in preparing tax reports (VAT, CIT, PIT).

  • Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and relevant agencies when required.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to support financial planning and cost control.
