Preparing and proceeding payment as company’s procedures.
Entry cash & bank transactions and reconciliation.
Working with the bank, proceeding local and oversea payment.
Follow to the employee’s advances.
Issue commercial and VAT invoices.
General entries and monthly reconcile.
Manage the accounting’s books.
Monthly internal reports.
Tax declaration and other statutory reports (VAT, CIT, invoice usage…).
Preparing for financial statements.
Working with internal legal team to comply with the law/ company's policies.
Working with the auditors for the annual audited financial statement.
At least 3-4 years of experience in the position of General Accountant
Having the skills in consolidated reporting is a big plus
Experience working in technology, communication companies or parent subsidiary model is an advantage
Good communication and time management skills
Have experience in settlement with tax authorities
