General tasks:
- To file, control and maintain HR documents with efficiency and accuracy
- To translate and interpret from English into Vietnamese and vice versa when required
- To perform other tasks under instructions of HR Team Manager and HR Team Members.
- To support Receptionist when requested
Recruitment:
- To support in preparation of Job fairs, Career Orientation day and other Recruitment activities
- To support in preparation of Interview documents, keying candidates databases
- To support in taking care of Recruitment Test and interview arrangement, scoring, filing documents after test
C&B:
- To scan and file monthly timesheet & other related documents
- To support HR staff to go to Insurance Office to submit documents when required
- To distribute Health Insurance card to Employees
Training:
To support for Training Activities: support for preparation of Training materials, taking care of class
- 2nd year student, major in Foreign Languages, Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Have a good command of English, including speaking, writing, and translating
- Have good MS Office skills, particularly in Excel & Word.
- Good communication skills
- Pay high attention to details, high responsible and honest
