Responsibilities & Workforce Planning
Manage and oversee daily clinic operations.
Lead and develop the existing clinic team.
Assign tasks, schedule shifts, and ensure adequate staffing.
Train staff, set and track KPIs.
Recruit staff in collaboration with HR when needed.
Coordinate corporate health check-up planning.
Workflow & Facility Management
Manage patient flow and reduce waiting times.
Ensure accurate and complete patient records.
Organize sample collection and optimize clinic capacity.
Maintain cleanliness and ensure equipment is fully operational.
Customer Service & Communication
Handle complaints and ensure patient confidentiality.
Communicate schedule or process changes to clients.
Maintain coordination with internal departments and corporate clients.
Financial Performance
Achieve retail and corporate revenue targets.
Complete service documentation and billing processes.
Retain existing clients and acquire new ones.
Leadership
Lead and align the clinic team with CityClinic’s overall operations.
Make effective decisions and manage daily business activities.
Minimum 3 years of management experience, preferably in healthcare (clinic/hospital).
Proven experience in clinic operations and setup.
Proficient in English with strong communication skills (MUST)
Skilled in recruitment, training, and personnel management.
Strong ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
Solid leadership and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of labor laws, safety, and health regulations.
Strong commitment to customer service and professionalism.
