Fresh Operation Staff

Scope of works:

Import: Cooperating closely with SGN Operation Team in handling air shipments in HAN Terminal (such as Printing DO, getting original documents from airlines and releasing them to customers)

Exporting:

Trace and monitor shipments closely till arriving destinations.

Cooperating with HAN Operation Team in handling shipments such as printing labels, Weight Sheet, security forms.

Inputting costs all costs in HAN Terminal on internal system, submit Payment Vouchers to Manager, checking carefully any mismatch and closing files at the end of month.

Other tasks assigned by Director

Salary: Competitive

Education: Preferred College Degree, majors in International Transportation/Business, Foreign Trade/Economics, Logistics, Import-Export.

Knowledge:

Incoterms

International Trade, Payment, Transportation

Experience: fresh candidate

Skills:

MS Office

 English Language: intermediate

 Good communication and persuasive skills

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Place of work:  ALS Cargo Terminal, Noi Bai International Airport, Noi Bai Commune, Hanoi, Vietnam

Working hours:

Mon – Fri: 08:00 to 17:00

Sat: 08:00 – 12:00
