FPC Manufacturing Engineer

• Process management: Make improverment for PMAP, FMEA, Control Plan, Work Instruction. Maintain process toolings, fixtures.
• Project management: introduce new product, new sample…
• Deploy/manage change managements for drawings, processes…
• Interface with lead plan.
• Other duties assigned by higher levels.

REPORTING / WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

• Reports to the Eng. Manager/Suppervisor.
• Interfaces with other departments: Manufacturing, Materials Planning, Sourcing & Procurement, logistic – warehouse and lead plan in US.

MAJOR/WORK EXPERIENCES and Skills:

• Engineer/bachelor's in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics.
• Have 3 – 5 years experience in manufacturing process.
• 3D design sofware: Cad, solidwork, inventor.
• Fluency in English for spoken and written.
• Good mindset, result orientation, quality orientation, cost orientation, team worrk.
