Follow up all import & export sea/air shipments included in
- Issue HBL, AWB, D/O, A/N, D/N, send pre-alert to oversea, input data into systems - Submit E-Manifest for import sea shipments and file SI for export shipment
- Check O/F, A/F, local charge, lift on/off, trucking, processing, … - Keep closed contact with customers / oversea for shipment status updating and problem solving.
- Answer oversea inquiries and daily correspondences for shipment status and solutions
- Work closely with local agents, shipping lines, airlines, brokers for proper cargo operation, customs clearance procedure, delivery…
- Have knowledge of the standard operation procedure , guideline and systems
- Co-ordinate with accounting to issue the invoices to shipper/consignee or oversea offices
- Other tasks as assigned by branch manager/teamleader
- 1-2 years experiences
- Fluent in English
