Collaborate with US & Asia teams on product design, development, and commercialization.
Analyze and revise Tech Packs; provide technical solutions on materials, molds, constructions, etc.
Manage fit testing, sample approval (T1), and Ready-to-Buy (RTB) sign-off.
Support and improve production processes and sample SOPs.
Drive continuous improvement and apply best engineering practices across teams.
Develop and coach team members; foster innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
Travel as needed to factories, suppliers, and HQ.
