Job requirement

  • Collaborate with US & Asia teams on product design, development, and commercialization.

  • Analyze and revise Tech Packs; provide technical solutions on materials, molds, constructions, etc.

  • Manage fit testing, sample approval (T1), and Ready-to-Buy (RTB) sign-off.

  • Support and improve production processes and sample SOPs.

  • Drive continuous improvement and apply best engineering practices across teams.

  • Develop and coach team members; foster innovation and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Travel as needed to factories, suppliers, and HQ.

Job requirement

  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Industrial Design, or equivalent.

  • 10+ years’ experience in footwear (development, production, QA), 3–5 years in leadership.

  • Strong knowledge of footwear construction, molds, materials, calendars.

  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiar with PLM systems, Microsoft Office, measurement tools.
