Job requirement

  • Responsible for mold testing, setting and controlling foaming parameters
  • Responsible for running trial sample products, setting up production processes, and assembling products
  • Create work instruction for foaming products, support to solve any production issues
  • Perform tasks relate to EPS, EPP, ETPU foaming for helmet and footwear
  • Create and control related documents
  • Responsible for mold testing, setting and controlling foaming parameters
  • Optimize the production process

Job requirement

  • Male, 25-32 years old
  • College degree or above, speaking and writting English or Chinese
  •  Foaming workshop experience for helmet foaming or midsole
  • Knowledge of plastic foaming process, create work instruction, SOP
  • Knowledge of assembly process
  • Knowledge of Lean manufactory
  • Proficient in operating EPS, EPP foaming machines , parameter set up 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD Auto and other softwares, good at using IE and QC tools to analyze and solve problems.
