Job Summary:As a Floor Service Professional (FSP), you are at the heart of our customer experience on the gaming floor. Your role is to ensure that every guest feels welcomed, well-guided, and fully supported while enjoying our gaming facilities. You are responsible for maintaining smooth operations and delivering excellent customer service.Experience in the e-gaming industry is not required - we welcome individuals who demonstrate a professional service mindset and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist guests with using game machines and ensure they feel comfortable and supported.

- Provide information about promotions, game rules, and membership benefits.

- Serve food and beverages exactly as requested by customers.

- Handle customer transactions, including cash, credit card payments, and support reward payouts.

- Monitor the condition of game machines during shifts and report any malfunctions to supervisors.

- Maintain cleanliness in the assigned working area.

- Support and assist colleagues to deliver the best possible service and meet customer needs.
