Get to know the Role:
This role is responsible to provide help and support customer in emergency road situation or car accident.
The day-to-day activities:
- Help customers in an emergency situation
- Providing best solution in short time to solve emergency situation
- Handling Voice of Customer related to emergeny road siatuation
- Provide direction to customers related accident, eg: mogok
- Provide technical support according to emergency troubleshooting
- Providing schema of handling emergency situation
- Capable to propose alternate solution to reduce cost and lead time to handling emergency situation
The must haves:
- Minimum experienced working in automotive industry i.e car rent or taxi pool or dealer more than 7 years is preferred
- Strong technical skills, good communication and interpersonal skill
- Has a driving license (SIM A) and know how to drive properly
- Familiar with Ms. office (excel and word), can using function v lookup, if, pivot
- Minimum diploma degree, preferably from automotive or STM with more than 7 years experience in dealer, car rental or taxi pool
- Understand insurance claim process
- Familiar with the government regulation related to accident (Peraturan lalu lintas)
- Good knowledge about handling emergency situation
- Experience in handling LAKA LANTAS in automotive industry
- Good in Bahasa
