Position Summary
The Fitness Trainer is responsible for welcoming and greeting all Fitness guests upon arrival, providing guests with an introduction to the facilities (as applicable), and with any necessary amenities (water, towels, headphones). Give the construction to guest about techniques of basic workout, stretching, knowledge about nutrition and training. All responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with departmental and company policies, practices and procedures, as well as within the framework and intent of the Vision of The Grand Ho Tram Strip property.

Huấn luyện viên thể dục, hỗ trợ chỉ dẫn khách hàng sử dụng các thiết bị máy móc trong phòng tập thể dục của khách sạn, hướng dẫn khách các kĩ thuật tập luyên như căng cơ, tập thể dục căn bản, các kiến thức về chế độ dinh dưỡng, tập luyện. Lau máy, bảo quản máy sau khi khách hàng sử dụng. Kiến thức chuyên môn về phòng tập thể dục. Tất cả các nhiệm vụ trên đều phù hợp với chính sách của bộ phận và công ty, thông lệ và thủ tục, cũng như trong khuôn khổ và mục đích của tầm nhìn mà công ty The Grand đề ra.
Qualifications
- High School graduate is required and Vocational School Certificate is preferred.

- First-Aid and CPR certification.

- Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, and ensure each guest signs the liability waiver before starting to use the facilities.
- Chào đón khách, bảo đảm khách đã kí vào tờ khai miễn trừ trách nhiệm trước khi sử dụng phòng tập.
- Responsible for touring guests through the Fitness Center facilities, including the lockers and changing areas.
- Hướng dẫn khách sử dụng các trang thiết bị trong phòng tập, bao gồm cả khu vực thay đồ.
- Must have basic knowledge of all machines and equipment, and must explain to guests the equipment’s function, benefits and suggested operating instructions.

- Demonstrate how to carry out various exercises.

- Give clients information or knowledge about nutrition, weight control, and lifestyle issues.

- Give emergency first aid if needed.

- Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of Fitness Center throughout each shift, ensuring that machines are clean and dust free.

- Must maintain and restock all terry, supplies, and Food & Beverage offerings, as required.

- Responsible for being generally knowledgeable of all spa services, operating hours, pricing, fitness offerings and other Property offerings.
