Finishing Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor

• Tổng hợp data, báo cáo phân tích nguyên nhân hàng NG, đưa ra đối sách và các hoạt động cải tiến line, cải tiến tỉ lệ NG của sản phẩm.

• Đánh giá năng lực nhân viên.

• Kiểm soát năng suất sản phẩm.

• Theo dõi tiến độ sản xuất của từng line, lập đối sách nếu ảnh hưởng đến kế hoạch.

• Điều chỉnh, thử nghiệm, cài đặt dữ liệu thông số máy móc thiết bị.

• Phụ trách phát triển các model mới.

• Khuyến khích thúc đẩy nhân viên đóng góp sáng tạo ý tưởng.

• Đóng góp ý tưởng đến Trưởng bộ phận để cải thiện HDCV, môi trường làm việc, giảm tiêu thụ NVL, lãng phí.

• Thay mặt Trưởng Bộ phận khi vắng mặt xử lý các sự cố, chất lượng phát sinh.

• Các công việc khác theo sự sắp xếp của cấp trên.

• Synthesize data, report on the cause of NG products, propose solutions and activities to improve the line and improve the NG rate of the product.

• Evaluate employees’ performance/skills.

• Control product’s capacity.

• Monitor production process of each line, make countermeasure in case affecting the production plan.

• Adjust, test and install data for machinery and equipment.

• In charge of new model development.

• Encourage employees contributing creative ideas.

• Contribute kaizen ideas to Section Head to improve work instruction, working environment, and reduce wasted consumption.

• Behalf of Section Head solving problems or quality incidents (if any).

• Others based on arrangement of Section Head.

• Tốt nghiệp từ trình độ cao đẳng, đại học các ngành liên quan.

• Ít nhất 03 ~ 05 năm kinh nghiệm làm giám sát tại các công ty sản xuất.

• Nam/Nữ từ 25 tuổi trở lên.

• Kỹ năng vi tính thành thạo các phần mềm Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

• Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt. Biết Tiếng Nhật là một lợi thế.

• Kỹ năng giao tiếp, teamwork tốt, tinh thần trách nhiệm, sáng tạo.

• Năng động, nhanh nhẹn, nhiệt tình với công việc.

• University or college graduated.

• At least 3 ~ 5 years of experience as a supervisor at production companies.

• Male/Female from 25 years old and above.

• Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

• Good communication in English; Japanese skill is a plus.

• Good communication skills, teamwork, responsibility, and creativity.

• Dynamic, hard-working, and quick to react.
