1. Develop strategic planning for vertical
Translate company overall strategy into business roadmap
Track, analyze, and communicate industry trends and impact
Set priorities for business and product development
Develop business metrics
2. Identify, establish, and manage relationships with key partners
Evaluate partnership opportunities
Engage, negotiate commercials, and integrate with new partners
Maintain and deepen strong relationships with existing partners
Proactively resolve business, technical, financial, legal reconciliation issues if any
3. Manage the entire business and product line life cycle from ideation to tactical activities
Lead the ideation of new businesses/ products and validate hypotheses
Support user and market research, including visits to customers, usability studies, customer surveys, benchmarking of other products
Support and approve UX design for product
Oversee business/ project progress and communicate it to related stakeholders
4. Develop & execute go-to-market strategies
Ensure that all internal teams—marketing, sales, customer service, risk, etc.—as well as external vendors/merchants are prepared prior to launch
Oversee go-to-market campaigns for product launch
5. Own and grow businesses’ P&L
Plan, forecast, and analyse product sales and margins
Create periodic and ad-hoc sales & marketing strategies
Track and analyse campaigns
Oversee businesses’ operations
Ensure that day-to-day problems are troubleshoot
Ensure that frauds are identified and acted upon
Monitor business and operations metrics
Manage and lead team
Develop and monitor team OKR
Manage day to day team operations
Coach, motivate, and direct team to the same goal
