Key Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for financial and controlling functions within the plant, ensuring compliance with both group standards and local regulations.
• Preparation of accurate and timely financial and management reports for headquarters and local management.
• Supervision of all tax-related matters, including the coordination of VAT refund processes.
• Oversight of transfer pricing documentation and compliance with local and international regulations.
• Coordination and supervision of the accounting function, with full responsibility for all accounting-related processes and compliance with local and corporate standards.
• Ongoing cost control and variance analysis against budgets and financial plans.
• Supervision and optimization of production cost accounting mechanisms.
• Analysis of production process efficiency – covering both direct and indirect costs.
• Participation in the preparation of the plant’s operational budget and ongoing monitoring of its execution.
• Preparation of regular reports and analyses related to production costs and operational efficiency.
• Verification of product cost calculations to ensure accuracy and alignment with actual production data.
