Job Purpose:
Responsible for preparing ALM reporting as assigned and supporting Head of FS ALM in ALCO matters.
Job Description:
1. ALM reporting
- Daily monitoring lending and deposit movement by CCY/BUs and inform to Head of FS ALM if there is any significant movement in lending and deposit. Coordinate with other related departments for further investigation and propose Head of FS ALM for solution;
- Daily monitoring Cir06 ratios including breakdown into BUs and follow up actual implementation versus target;
- Bio and monthly prepare lending & deposit by re-pricing tenor/CCY/BUs and FTP/COF analysis in order to support NII impact analysis in FTP change;
- Monthly prepare NII margin by product group/BUs/CCY to support performance analysis.
2. Support Head of FS ALM in ALCO matters
- Support Head of FS ALM in monitoring Cir06;
- Support Head of FS ALM in collecting data as required in analysis of ALCO matters including FTP change, new products and ALCO limit (ie. NII limit, LDR limit, stable deposit methodology ect.)
3. Liquidity premium (“LP”) reporting
- Implement and record LP Pool in accordance ALCO decision; inform to related parties for any error identification and follow up the correction in system or manual record if required;
- Perform LP allocation to BUs according to ALCO decision;
- Be responsible to advise the LP charge reasonably to make sure the bank’s liquidity and optimize the PnL;
4. Ad hoc requirements
- Prepare data as required by Head of FS ALM or CFO;
- Comply with 05 core values of VIB including Customer Focus, Excellence, Honesty, Teamwork and Disciplined;
- Back-up or support person for other team member in finance area.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in banking, finance or economics. Oversea graduation or ACCA / CFA or equivalent certificates are an advantage;
- Minimum 5-year (Specialist)/ 3-year (Senior Officer) experiences in banking industry at central finance & risk area;
- Analytical skills and knowledge related to financial analysis, capital and funding management, banking business, risk management and planning and budgeting;
- Excellent in Microsoft office and banking core system;
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
