We are looking for Financial Accountant who is pro-active, flexible, eager, team player and willing to take on challenges. It is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization who value their employees.

What you will do:

• Manage payable team workload, establish priorities, ensure timely payments of vendor invoices
• Research, resolve and communicate any discrepancies on invoices or outstanding balance with sales, purchasing or vendors.
• Process transactions in Salesforce system
• Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
• Forecast costs and revenues
• Prepare weekly cash flow statements, and control expenditure
• Prepare month end reports
• Tax reporting and inventory processing
• Assist with the preparation of year-end accounts and statutory accounts
• Liaise with external auditors
• Examine the accuracy of financial records
• Gather and monitor financial data (e.g. sales revenues and liabilities)
• Respond to financial inquiries by gathering and interpreting data
• Assist prepare budgets (for the entire company and by department)
• Conduct detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments
• Analyze financial trends
• Perform other departmental or cross-departmental duties as required
• Perform other tasks assigned by manager

What we expect from you:

• 2-year work experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role
• BSc degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
• Expertise in MS Excel and accounting software
• In-depth understanding of business bookkeeping procedures
• English: Writing and Reading Comprehension at intermediate level
• A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data, an analytical mind
• Effective time management skill
• Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
