Finance Trainee

Position Summary:

The Finance Trainee will support the Revenue Growth Management Manager in delivering financial insights, analysis, and reporting to enable strategic decision-making across the organization. This role offers hands-on experience in financial planning, forecasting, and performance management, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards for monthly and quarterly reviews.
• Assist in month-end closing include: to track and prepare trade accrual data, to reconcile trade spend between sources and make adjustment if needed.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including data collection and validation.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and financial standards.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects, including process automation and data visualization initiatives.
• Maintain master data as assigned by Commercial Finance Manager.
• Collaborate with cross functions (Trade, Sales operation, …) to provide spending forecast, accrual for closing, actual spending reports in timely manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Finance from University with good degree.
• Good skills of reporting & analysis, detailed-oriented.
• Strong English & MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query is an advantage.
