Mô tả công việc:

• Financial Duties:
  • Collect supplier invoices and issue client invoices timely and accurately, and keep updates within internal network
  • Handle bank payment orders, transfers (business/payroll) and manage USB security tokens Maintain accurate bank payment records
  • Liaise with local banks and tax authorities on financial compliance matters
• Administrative Duties:
  • Procure office supplies, manage supplier relationships and petty cash for procurement
  • Process daily reimbursements/payment requests and track pending payments
  • Assist in planning & coordinating team-building activities
  • Welcome & guide visitors/interviewees/new hires; support onboarding/offboarding
  • Conduct regular fixed assets inventory, maintain records and facilitate document handover
  • Manage access permissions for secure account transitions

Thu nhập: Approximately 8,162,000 VND/month

Điều kiện làm việc:

• Monday – Friday, Check-in 8:30-9:00, Check-out 17:30-18: (Break: 12:00-1:30)
