Finance & Accounting Staff

1. Check accuracy of invoice, payment proposal, PO, PR, Cash advance Requisition, Advance Settlement Report to comply with the payment procedure.

2. Recording expense on accounting book accuracy and on time

3. Prepare accurately cash payment voucher, cash receipt voucher, payment order in time

4. Update Payable Outstanding on time

5. Prepare VAT report and submit VAT declaration on time

6. Coordinate with suppliers and relevant departments on supplier master data and payment issues.

7. Record cash receipt/ cash payable voucher, bank receipt/ bank payment voucher

8. Handle invoice-related issues to ensure compliance with tax regulations

9. Study and update new tax regulation related VAT and CIT

10. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Age: From 23 years old

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree of Finance & Accounting

Experience:

• Experience working in a manufacturing company is required.

• Good understanding of procurement, payment, inventory, and cost flows.

• Experience working with an ERP system is preferred

Soft skills:

• Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Careful, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Be able to work independently and teamwork spirit

Working Time: 8:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday & alternative Saturday

Working Location: Red Bull Vietnam, Ha Noi Highway, Dong Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City (1.5km from Mien Dong Station, 500m from Thuy Chau park, 500m from Tan Van intersection, 1km from Dong Nai bridge (From Saigon to Bien Hoa Direction)
