We are looking for candidates with Accounting and Finance experience in the Fintech industry, who will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Lead and develop the local finance & accounting team, fostering a positive and efficient working environment.
- Maintain the payment calendar (register of contracts, payments, invoices, reconciliation with accounting).
- Prepare monthly management statements and ensure accurate reporting.
- Prepare and submit tax reports in full compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor and control daily liquidity.
- Prepare annual financial statements, manage the annual external audit process.
- Develop and manage the annual budget, track actual spending against the planned budget, cost optimization.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management upon request.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies.
- Analysis of business financial performance.
- Handle banking matters, including opening/closing bank accounts, document submission for local/international payments, and payment review.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and internal company policies.
