PURPOSE STATEMENT: To provide on-site system and equipment installation, training and subsequent support and maintenance services to our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND RIGHTS:

• To guarantee the completion of all procedures that provides the customer with a clear training, implementation for the Supply Chain & Manufacturing Solutions (In-Plant Printing Solutions\IPPS, InfoChain Express®\ICE, Fastener, Heat Transfer Label\HTL equipment installation and Maintenance).
• Manage relationship with key vendors/factories, provide consultation for key customers to meet their needs and improve compliance. Audit for security project report and checking.
• Meet the service level agreement; provide consulting / technical support to the customers in Asia.
• Cooperate with the customer support team for trouble shooting, work out for the appropriate resolution, and make sure the proper procedures for escalation.
• To provide sales support by facilitating the sales opportunity and conducting professional pre-sales visit / qualified customer services.
• Backup level support for other region if necessary. Work with other operational teams to ensure the
• collaborative teamwork.
• Second level support for the formatting and sampling, work on the installation procedure (new and existing project).
• Ensure the equipment pre-testing done before shipping to customers.

• University graduate in the field of Mechanical, Electrical or IT engineering.
• 3+ years of field service engineering experience in manufacturing industry.
• Experienced in working with electromechanical machine / computer hardware is a plus.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Vietnamese.
• Must be a computer literate; software programming knowledge is an advantage but not essential.
• Willing to travel and support customers remote regions in Vietnam and overseas.
