JOB DESCRIPTION

• In-depth store control visits at the request of the QCT Executive
• Client visit accompaniment as requested by management
• Onboarding and training as needed for a new auditor
• Back up support for QCT executives
• Lead field meetings and special training as needed
• Intensive training for auditors requiring assistance
• Conduct required in-person store cooperation sessions & engage with store owners for improved panel retention
• Conduct store recruitment as needed for panel balance and management
• Ad-hoc project control
• Administrative works (T&E, Incentive delivery to auditors, Other paper works…)

REQUIREMENT

• Able to go field and lots of transport
• Communication and presentation skills
• Analysis and problem-solving
• Flexible, dynamic and honest
